Conrad Gallagher conveys that he is in agreement with you on this matter and in light of this we are removing all the Foie Gras dishes from our menu with immediate effect. Geisha Wok & Noodle Bar have removed Foie Gras from their menu's.Thank you that you have been so gracious as to seriously consider the controversial issue of Foie Gras and remove it from your menu is testament to the fact that great chefs can be compassionate while maintaining a degree of superlative excellence. Conrad conveys that it was never his intention to be inconsiderate towards any of our patrons.
