CAPE GRACE HOTEL LATEST TO REMOVE FOIE GRAS FROM MENUS

The world class, Condè Naste 'Best Hotel in the World' winner, The Cape Grace Hotel in the Cape Town Waterfront , has chosen to remove Foie Gras from their menu and no longer considers it appropriate. This decision was implemented 1 December 2008. We applaud the Hotel ownership and management for this humane decision.
